1. The service
No Cap Ventures is a place where companies, teams and people without big budgets can present their apps, tools and software. Creating an account and publishing a page is free.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account: use real information and keep your access secure.
You can delete your account at any time from "My pages".
3. What you publish
You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to show it on the site and in search engines while it is published; the licence ends when you delete it.
You must have the right to publish it, and it must follow the Publishing guidelines, which are part of these terms: among other things, no adult content, hate, violence, scams, malware or stolen work.
This includes reviews and replies: they must be honest and based on your own experience. Reviews are the opinion of whoever writes them, not of No Cap Ventures.
We may hide or remove content, or suspend accounts, that break these rules. When we do, we will tell you why, unless the law prevents it.
4. Privacy
How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.
5. Liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee any specific number of visits or results, and we are not responsible for the products listed by other users.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor the mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be notified in advance by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].
